Uncertainty Over N Korea Mounting: S Korea Think Tank Official

TOKYO (Nikkei)--Kwon Tai-Young, special adviser at the Korea Research Institute for Strategy, said Friday that uncertainty over North Korea is growing.

Kwon expressed concern about ongoing problems for Pyongyang, stemming from the failed redenomination of the North Korean currency and unresolved questions over who will succeed Kim Jong-il as leader.

Kwon was speaking at the 16th International Conference on the Future of Asia, hosted by The Nikkei through Friday.
